“Arm care” is kind of a funny term when it comes to baseball. What exactly IS arm care? Is it rotator cuff work? What about long toss? Icing after a game? Lifting weights?
Truthfully, all those things make up the process of arm care. But warming up before you take the mound is no doubt on the top of that list.
If you’re going to use bands, do it right. Don’t do a million reps so your rotator cuff is fried before you pick up a ball. Don’t use such sloppy form that you look like you’re doing the Bernie dance. Use perfect form, smart sets and reps, and the RIGHT EXERCISES.
