The jumping part is probably the simplest of them all, too. Box jumps are a straight-forward, outrageously effective exercise for building lower body power. Box jumps also teach the hips, knees and ankles to absorb force, which is huge for injury resistance. But you’d be amazed how so many people can screw up such a simple exercise.
