I’ve done my fair share of bashing the supplement industry on this blog (here, here and here), and I’m not done. There’s too much lying and deception out there. We gotta take the power back.
I’ve often pimped the work of the research savants at Examine.com, and their latest product inspired my newest piece for Stack.com. Kudos to the Examine crew for pointing me in the right direction for most of the references I used in the article.
It should be second nature to shop for supplements with a skeptic’s eye, but there are a handful of products that continually fall into shoppers’ baskets despite being absolute, complete, utter garbage.
