But that doesn’t mean you should ignore your hamstrings. Far from it. Strong hamstrings can increase your deadlift. They can protect your knees when you squat. They can make you sprint faster. And you’ll often hear bodybuilding judges say that big, shredded hamstrings can set a bodybuilder’s physique apart from other competitors.
