Head position is one of the most overlooked aspects of squat technique. Where you position your head and neck, and even where you look with your eyes, can have a dramatic impact on your squatting strength.

Should you look up when you squat? Look down? Pack the neck? There’s more than one way to do it, but there’s certainly an optimal way to do it.
