2016 was a pretty amazing year. I had some big life events happen, including getting married and buying a house. Some cool stuff went down at Bonvec Strength too, and today I’ll recap my five most-viewed articles of the year.
My most popular article of the year covered seven not-so-obvious but incredibly effective cues for the squat.
Perhaps my biggest lifting milestone of 2016 was my first 600-pound deadlift, which was also my first triple bodyweight pull. I learned some valuable lessons during my training leading up to this lift and I outline them in this blog.
