It’s official: on September 19, I’ll be releasing my first-ever full length product, Bench Like A Beast. It’s a 10-week bench press specialization program designed to add as much strength as possible to your 1-rep max bench. One of our test lifters added a whopping 40 pounds to his bench press in 10 weeks, which is insane considering he wasn’t a beginner lifter (his previous max was 215 pounds).
I’ve poured my heart and soul into this one, making it a true culmination of my 10-plus years of experience as a lifter and a coach. And I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
What makes this program different? Not only will you build a stronger bench press through a well-designed program and improved technique, but you’ll keep your shoulders healthy and happy via warm-up routines and self-care tips that you won’t get with ANY other bench press program. I’ve called upon everything I’ve learned about shoulder health from working at Cressey Sports Performance and applied it to a bench-specific program.
