What’s more, farmer’s walks are limited only by your imagination (and possibly grip strength and intestinal fortitude). As long as you can carry it, you can use it.

The variations are endless. Two hands or one hand at a time. At your sides, at your chest, on your shoulders, overhead. Light or heavy. For long distances or short distances. For speed or endurance. Mix and match however you like and you’llĀ still get strong.
