Coming Soon: Strength 101 Online

I’m excited to announce that on Monday, April 13, The Strength House will release its first-ever completely-online training program, Strength 101 Online. We’ve taken our introductory strength training class that we use at our gym with new members and converted it into an online program that features at-home workouts that are perfect for anyone stuck at home with minimal equipment.

We’ve been working hard to put together the optimal at-home workout plan geared toward people who want to start working out for the first time (or people who haven’t worked out in a long time but want to get started again). Sure, there are tons of at-home workout plans flooding the internet right now, but none of them are as detailed as Strength 101 when it comes to:

  • Teaching you to strength train with proper form
  • Using exercises that anyone can learn
  • Starting with an appropriately-challenging amount of work (i.e., we’re not going to run you into the ground from day 1)
  • Progressing the program over the course of 8 weeks

Strength 101 Online uses Teachable.com to deliver workouts in an online course format, with tons of exercise videos that both teach you to do the movements AND pace you through the workouts. All you have to do is hit the play button on the video player and follow along.

Now I know that most of my readers aren’t new to working out. In fact, a lot of you are already pretty darn strong and Strength 101 Online not might be right for you. But it’s probably perfect for:

  • Your spouse
  • Your siblings
  • Your parents
  • Your kids
  • Your neighbors
  • Your co-workers
  • or anyone else who wants working out the RIGHT way

So spread the word! On Monday, April 13, Strength 101 Online will go live on our Teachable site for the special early bird price of just $29. That’s barely $1 a workout.

Make sure to subscribe to my newsletter (if you haven’t already) and The Strength House newsletter to stay up-to-date with all things Strength 101 Online related!
